How to Set up a "Read-Only" Version of the Entire Calendar for an Employee
Note: This feature requires an EmployeeBoost Subscription
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Select the EmployeeBoost tab
- Click the Manage Employee Accounts button
- Edit the desired EmployeeBoost User
- Click the Enable ICS Feed checkbox
- Click the Get ICS URL button

- Copy and paste the ICS URL into your third-party application
How to set up Customized "Read-Only" Calendars for EmployeeBoost Users
Note: This feature requires an EmployeeBoost Subscription
- Click the Calendar component
- Click the Settings tab
- Click the Manage Calendar Filters button
- If you have not already set up a calendar filter for this employee, click the New Filter button in the bottom right of the window. Select as many resources for the filter as you would like.
- Select the desired Filter Name and click the Export to ICS button next to that filter

- Copy and paste the URL into your third-party application or send the link to the intended employee

Note: This feature is part of a PartnerBoost Subscription
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Select the PartnerBoost tab
- Click the Manage PartnerBoost User Accounts button
- Edit the desired PartnerBoost User
- Click the Enable ICS Feed checkbox
- Click the Get ICS URL button
- Copy and paste the ICS URL into your third-party application
How to set up a "Read-Only" Version of the Entire Calendar
Note: This feature requires a StudioCloud Subscription. Any subscription will do.
Security note: This option should not be used with employees as you cannot disable it without disabling it for everyone. Refer to the Employee sections above for setting up a "read-only" calendar for employees.
- Click on the Calendar Component
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Export Calendar button
- Click the checkbox labeled Export calendar to Outlook, iCal, iPhone, etc
- Copy the URL from the box below the checkbox or click the Email ICS Link to get the URL you need to paste into other programs
