The steps in this tutorial will send a backup directly to the StudioCloud support team. Please only send backup if directed by a technician otherwise it will be ignored.
How to Send the Backup
- Click the Actions menu button on the bottom bar of the program
- Click the Support menu
- Click the Technical Support menu item
- Click the Send Backup To StudioCloud Support button
- Please notify the technician via email, trouble ticket, or live chat that you have submitted your backup file
