Create A New Snapshot

This tutorial explains how to create a new snapshot. 

If you are waiting for a lot of information to be downloaded from the cloud you can do the steps below to speed up the process.

If you are experiencing a syncing issue a StudioCloud tech may request that you do the steps below to resolve the issue.

Create A New Snapshot

  • Click on "Help" in the StudioCloud desktop program
  • Click on "Backup to CloudStorage" button

After the backup is completed do the following steps:

  • Click on "Help" in the StudioCloud desktop program
  • Click on "Restore From Snapshot" button 
    • restore_from_snapshot.jpg

All of your information will be available to you once the snapshot is completed.
