Overview

This tutorial will give you the steps to export your calendar from ShootQ and then import it into StudioCloud.

How to Export Calendar Information from ShootQ

Please note, no client or employee information is included in the ICS file so there is no way to match up clients and employees with an event.

1. Go to the Calendar tab
2. Click the subscribe button near the top left of the tab
3. Select Other from the list of possible calendar exports
4. Click the Subscribe button next to the calendar that you want to export
   
5. Copy and paste the URL from the pop-up window that should look something like webcal://...
6. Paste the URL into your browser location box and deleted the webcal:// portion of the URL and hit the enter button
7. This will prompt you to download an ICS file to your computer
8. Select the option to save the file to your computer
