Overview
The Follow Up Session report is used to identify events, sessions or appointments that have not had a follow up session booked. This tutorial will explain how to use the Follow Up Sessions report.
Example Report Details
This report can show any of the following depending on how it is setup:
- Which consultation has not had a session
- Which session has not had a sales session
- Which event, session, or appointment has not had a follow up session
This Report Requires Setup
- This report requires setup steps before it will work as expected.
- Step 1: Setup Future Sessions To Be Automatically Linked
- Once the setup is completed all future sessions will automatically work for the report.
- Step 2: Setup Historical Sessions To Be Linked.
- Previous sessions will require the manual steps listed below to work.

How to Edit Calendar Types (Used During Setup)
- To Edit Calendar Types Go to the Manage Calendar Types table by doing the following steps:
- Click on the Calendar
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on the Manage Calendar Types button

Setup Consultation To Session
- Edit the Session Calendar Type
- Refer to the How to Edit Calendar Types above for steps on how to edit a calendar type
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Select Previous Calendar Type button under the 'Automatically Link Previous Session' Header
- Select the Consultation Calendar Type (Or your equivalent of a Consultation calendar type)

Setup Session To Sales Session
- Edit the Sales Session Calendar Type
- Refer to the How to Edit Calendar Types above for steps on how to edit a calendar type
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Select Previous Calendar Type button under the 'Automatically Link Previous Session' Header
- Select the Session Calendar Type

Setup Any Event, Session, or Appointment
- Edit the Calendar Type that is last one to be booked.
- Refer to the How to Edit Calendar Types above for steps on how to edit a calendar type
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Select Previous Calendar Type button under the 'Automatically Link Previous Session' Header
- Select the Calendar Type that is the first one to be booked.
Manually Setup Already Booked Sessions
This step is used to update sessions, appointments, or events that are already booked on the calendar so that the report will correctly show booked sessions.
- Edit the event, session, or appointment that is booked last
- For example, if this was a consultation to session situation you would edit the session.
- If this was the session to sales session situation you would edit the sales session
- Click the Select Previous Session button

How to Run the Follow Up Report
- Click on the Calendar component
- Select the Reports tab
- Click the Follow Up Sessions button

- Select the desired time frame
- Click the Select Calendar Type button
- Select the Consultation calendar type if you want to see which consultations are missing a session
- Select the Session calendar type if you want to see which sessions are missing a sales session
