How to View the Booked Events by Employee Report
- Go to the Calendar component
- Select the Reports tab
- Click the Booked Events By Employee button
Report Summary
The booked events by employee report gives the following information.
- Which events an employee booked
- The invoices related with those events.
- The clients that were booked for those events and whether or not the clients were new clients or existing clients
How StudioCloud Decides Which Employee Booked a Session, Event, or Appointment
When an event, session, or appointment is scheduled in StudioCloud the logged in employee that books the initial event, session, or appointment is automatically assigned to the event, session, or appointment.
You can view a list of which employees booked which session by adding the Created By and Created On columns to the agenda view.
How to Run the Report
- Open The Booked Events By Employee report by using the instructions above
- Select the desired time frame
- If you want to see the results filtered based on a specific employee select that employee
- Click the Load Events and Invoices button
What is the Booked Client Summary tab?
The Booked Client Summary tab provides a list of clients that were booked by the employee.
- The Booked Employee column shows the name of the employee who booked the session.
- The New Client column shows if the client is a new client.
- A client is considered a new client if it was created on the same day as the event, session, or appointment.
- A client is also considered a new client if they are created after the session was already booked.
- The Existing Client column shows if the client is an existing client.
- A client is considered an already existing client if the client was created on a day that is different from the session.
What is the Booked Event Summary tab?
The Booked Event Summary tab provides a list of events, sessions, or appointments that were booked by the employee.
- The Booked Employee columns shows the name of the employee that booked the session.
- The # of invoices shows the number of invoices associated with the session
- The Total Sales column shows the total sales based on the invoice total.
- Note: This show the invoice total and not the payments made on the invoice
- The Outstanding Balance column shows the amount of money owed on the invoice
What is the Invoice Summary tab?
The Invoice Summary tab provides a list of all of the invoices associated with the events, sessions, or appointments that were booked by the employee.
- The Total columns show the invoice total
- The Payments column shows the total number of payments made on the invoice
- The Balance column shows the outstanding payments due on the invoice
How to Export the Above Data to CSV Files
To export the data in the tables to a CSV file click on the Export menu option and select the desired export menu item.
- Export Clients to CSV
- This menu option exports all of the data in the client summary table to a CSV file including the summary at the bottom of the user summary table
- Export Events to CSV
- This menu option exports all of the data in the events summary table to a CSV file including the summary at the bottom of the event summary table
- Export Invoices to CSV
- This menu option export all of the data in the invoice summary table to a csv file including the summary at the bottom of the invoice summary table
