Overview
The scheduler wizard lets you quickly book multiple sessions at once.
How to Access The Scheduling Wizard
- Click on the Calendar component
- Click the Calendar tab
- Click the Scheduler Wizard menu bar
- Click the Open Scheduler Wizard button
Initial Setup
The scheduling wizard requires that your overall business hours are set up. To set up your business hours do the following steps:
- Click on the Settings component
- Click on the Manage Business Hours button
- Enter your overall business hours

Step by Step Instructions To Manually Book a Session
- Select Day to Book
- Select Calendar Type
- Select any resources that need to be booked
- Click the Schedule Session button to book a single session
Step by Step Instructions To Book Multiple Sessions at once
- Select the Day to Book
- Select Calendar Type
- Select any resources that need to be booked
- Click on the Clients to Schedule tab
- Add Clients to the table by clicking on the Add Clients menu option
- Click on the Available Sessions tab
- Click the Book All Sessions Listed Above That Have a Client button
How to Set up an Automatic Email Or Text After The Sessions Are Booked
- Click the Calendar component
- Click the Settings tab
- Click the Manage Calendar Types button
- Edit the desired Calendar Type
- Click on the Messages tab
- Click the New Email or New Text button shown in the image below and set up a CloudAlert email or text to be sent a few hours after the session is booked.
