This tutorial introduces you to the functionality available in the agenda section of StudioCloud.

Explanation of Agenda Table

The agenda shows you the appointments within the selected time frame. In addition, you can filter the appointments based on the calendar filter in the bottom left of the window.

Explanation of Agenda Menu Items

  • View Columns -This section shows or hides columns in the Agenda Table
  • Group Operations - This section allows for selecting, exporting, altering, and interacting with large numbers of events. The items are as follows:
    • Select All
    • Deselect All
    • More Select Options:
      • Select Duplicate Events
      • Select Events Missing a Calendar Type
      • Select Events Missing a Client
    • Actions:
      • Change Calendar Type For The Selected Events
      • Change Locations For The Selected Events
      • Delete Selected Events
      • Match Missing Client With Event Name
    • Tag Options:
      • Tag Selected Events
      • Tag Clients Associated With Selected Events
    • Export Options:
      • Export Selected Events to CSV
    • Print Options:
      • Print HTML Document Template For Selected Events
