Start The Screen Share

Click on System Preferences under the apple menu located in the top left of the computer

Click on Security & Privacy

Click on the Privacy tab, and in the Screen Recording section, enable GoToAssist

Click on the Privacy tab, and in the Accessibility section, enable GoToAssist
