Overview
A recent windows update caused an issue where StudioCloud was not able to access the downloaded update file causing StudioCloud to freeze. Recent StudioCloud updates resolve this issue.
Please note that this issue only applies in the following situation:
- You are running StudioCloud on Windows
- You have the StudioCloud Adobe Air App installed. Refer to the tutorial below to see which StudioCloud app program you have installed.
How to Resolve the Update Issue
To resolve this issue download StudioCloud using the link below and double click to install it. After you have successfully installed the update below the issue will be permanently resolved.
