Overview

This tutorial explains what features are included in the free StudioCloud account as well as what features will automatically be disabled when switching from a paid subscription to a free account.

Free StudioCloud Account Limitations

  • 1 User Login
  • Desktop Only
  • Does not include Cloud Syncing
  • Does not include Mobile access using the android app, iphone app, or web mobile app.
  • Limit of 300 Clients
    • If you have more 300 you will be able to view them but not create new ones.
  • Limit of 300 sessions, appointments, and events
    • If you have more 300 you will be able to view them but not create new ones.
  • Limit of 300 invoices, estimates and quotes
    • If you have more 300 you will be able to view them but not create new ones.
  • Unlimited Bookkeeping
  • No Technical Support
  • No Lead, Session, or Order Pipeline Access
  • No Workflow Access
  • Can not share the StudioCloud calendar with third party apps
  • Does not have access to reports on employees such as commission reports
  • Any existing CloudForms, CloudBooking Forms, or Contracts will display a 'Not Available' message
  • Any existing CloudAlert emails or text messages will immediately stop sending messages
  • Does not include cloud syncing with ProSelect
