How to Customize the Overview Page

To customize the overview page click on the Customize Overview Page text in the top right

Customize Overview Page Options

The customize overview page options usually include the following options:

• Only Show When Available
  • This option will show the overview page widget when there is data to show. If there isn't any data the widget will automatically be hidden from the overview page until there is data to display.
• Always Show
  • This option will always show the overview page widget even if there isn't any data.
• Don't Show
  • This option will always hide the overview page widget even if there is data.

Customize Overview Page Tabs

The customize overview page includes the following seven tabs: 

Overview Page Tab

Weather

This component shows the current weather and includes a button to view the 3 day forecast.

Pending Contracts

The pending contracts overview page widget shows the currently unsigned contracts. Click on the contract to view the unsigned contract.

Recently Signed Contracts

The recently signed contracts overview page widget shows the contracts that have been signed in the last 30 days. Click on the overview page to view the signed contract.

New Features Posts

This component shows the latest blog post feature updates so you can see the latest features added to StudioCloud.

Recently Modified Clients

The recently modified clients overview page widget shows the last 10 recently modified clients. You can edit the clients by clicking on the desired clients name.

Birthdays This Month

The birthday overview page widget shows anniversaries that will occur over the next 30 days. Click on a birthday to view the client details.

Anniversaries This Month

The anniversaries overview page widget shows anniversaries that will occur over the next 30 days. Click on an anniversary to view the client details.

Payments Due Tab

The payments due overview page widget shows the payments due in the specific timeframe. By default the timeframe is the next 30 days but that can be customized. Click on a payment due to view the payment due details.

Agenda Tab

The agenda overview page widget shows today's appointments, sessions, and events. 

EmployeeBoost Feature: If you have an EmployeeBoost subscription you can customize it to only show appointments, sessions, and events that are scheduled for the logged in user.

Text Message Tab

The text message overview page widget shows any text messages that are awaiting a response.

Pipeline Stages Tab

The pipeline stages overview page shows resources with a deadline in the desired time frame. 

EmployeeBoost Feature: If you have an EmployeeBoost subscription you can customize it to only show pipeline stages that are assigned to the logged in user.

Note: Only resources with a pipeline assigned to them that have a deadline will show up on the overview page

Projects & Tasks Tab

Tasks

The tasks overview page widget shows tasks. 

EmployeeBoost Feature: If you have an EmployeeBoost subscription you can customize it to only show tasks that are assigned to the logged in user.

Note: Only Tasks that have a deadline assigned to them will show up on the overview page

Projects

The projects overview page widget shows projects. 

EmployeeBoost Feature: If you have an EmployeeBoost subscription you can customize it to only show projects that are assigned to the logged in user.

Note: Only Projects that have a deadline assigned to them will show up on the overview page

Jobs Tab

The jobs overview page widget shows jobs. 

EmployeeBoost Feature: If you have an EmployeeBoost subscription you can customize it to only show jobs that are assigned to the logged in user.

Weather Widget: How to Change the Temperature Between Celsius and Fahrenheit

1. Click on the Settings component
2. Click on the Settings tab
3. Click the button labeled Manage StudioCloud Settings
   
4. On the General Settings tab
5. Select either F or C for the Temperature
   
6. Click the Save button
