How to Export your Invoices to CSV
This option will export out one csv file that contains details regarding the overall invoice
- Click the Point of Sale component
- Click the Point of Sale tab
- Click the Invoices/Estimates/Quotes button
- Select the invoices you want to export
- You can select invoices individually or use the Group Operations to select all of the invoices
- Click the Group Operations menu button
- Select the Export Invoices menu option
- Select the Export Selected Invoices to CSV option
- Verify the invoices you want to export
- Click the Export Selected Invoices button
- Specify the file that you want to save the information to
How to Export your Invoices, Ordered Items, and Payments to CSV
This option will export out three csv files. One file will contain the details of the overall invoice, another file will contain the details of the ordered items from the invoice, while the third file contains the details regarding the payments on the invoice.
- Click the Point of Sale component
- Click the Point of Sale tab
- Click the Invoices/Estimates/Quotes button
- Select the invoices you want to export
- You can select invoices individually or use the Group Operations to select all of the invoices

Exporting to Quickbooks Recommendations and Limitations
- Always make a backup of your QuickBooks file before doing an import
- Invoices imported more than once will be duplicated in QuickBooks
- When payments are imported they will not be attached to the invoice. But they should be attached to the client so you should be able to attach the payment to the invoice.
- Services are imported into QuickBooks as a Service
- Products and Packages are imported into QuickBooks as Non-inventory Parts
- QuickBooks Online does not support importing IIF files and, as such, StudioCloud can not export to QuickBooks Online
- This export has been tested with QuickBooks Premier Edition 2011 for the USA. Although it may work for other versions of QuickBooks it has not been tested with those versions.
How to Print Invoices to PDF
- Select your desired invoices
- Click the Group Operations menu
- Click the Print Invoices sub-menu
- Click the Print Selected Invoices menu option

- Verify the invoices you want to print
- Click the Print Invoices button
