This tutorial explains how to undelete an invoice.
How to Undelete an Invoice Based on the Invoice Date
- Click on the Point of Sale component
- Click on the Reports tab
- Click the View Undeleted Invoices button
- Select the time frame based on the invoice date
- Click the Load Deleted Invoices button
- Find the desired invoice to undelete and click on the Undelete Invoice button
How to Undelete an Invoice Based on the Date the Invoice Was Deleted
- Click on the Settings component
- Click on the General Settings tab
- Click the View LogBook button
- Select the time frame when the invoice was deleted
- Click the Load LogBook Entries button
- Edit the Logbook entry that records the invoice being deleted
- Click on the Actions tab
- Click on the Undelete Invoice button
