How To Export Clients That Have A Birthday In A Specific Month

  1. Go to the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the View Clients with Dates button
  4. Select the Birthday date type

  5. Select the desired month

To export the clients to a csv file do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Group Operations menu bar
  2. Click the Select All menu item
  3. Click on the Group Operations menu bar again
  4. Click the Export Selected Clients to CSV menu item
 

How To Export Clients That Have An Anniversary In A Specific Month

  1. Go to the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the View Clients with Dates button
  4. Select the Anniversary date type

  5. Select the desired month

To export the clients to a CSV file do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Group Operations menu bar
  2. Click the Select All menu item
  3. Click on the Group Operations menu bar again
  4. Click the Export Selected Clients to CSV menu item

How To Export All The Clients That Have A Birthday To A CSV File

  1. Go to the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the Export Clients By Birthday button
  4. Click the Add Clients button

How To Export All The Clients That Have An Anniversary To A CSV File

  1. Go to the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the Export Clients By Anniversary button
  4. Click the Add Clients Button

  6. Click the Export Selected Clients To CSV menu item

How To Export A List of Parents Whose Children Have a Birthday In A Specific Month To A CSV File

This report will only work if you have entered in the parent and children as relationships in StudioCloud. In addition, each child would have to have their birthday entered into StudioCloud as well.

The first step is to open the "Export Clients By Birthday" report. You can open this report by doing the steps below:

  • Go to the Clients component
  • Click on the Reports tab
  • Click the Export Clients By Birthday button

Once the report has been opened the following settings will need to be entered into the report.

  1. Select Birthday as the Date type.
    1. This option has probably already been selected if you have the latest StudioCloud update.
  2. Select the Search All Date Types By Month radio button
  3. Select the Month
  4. Select the Add Client Related To Primary Client To Campaign radio button
  5. Select the "Parent" in the type of relationship combo box
  6. Click the Add Clients button

  8. Click the Export Selected Clients To CSV menu item
