Overview
The following sections explain several ways of setting up confirmation emails/texts for your CloudBooking forms. This will allow for an email/text to automatically send when a client that fills out the form.
How To Set Up Confirmation Emails/Texts by Managing Forms
- Click on the Cloudforms, CloudBooking & Contracts tab
- Select the Manage Forms button
- Edit the desired Cloudform
- Click on the Settings tab
- To enable a confirmation email, select the checkbox under Email To Client and select your desired email template
- To enable a confirmation text, select the checkbox under Text Message To Client and select your desired text message template

How To Set Up Confirmation Emails/Texts by Managing Calendar Types
- Click on the Cloudforms, CloudBooking & Contracts tab
- Select the Manage Calendar button
- Edit the desired calendar type
- Click on the Messages tab
- Select the checkbox for either Enable Confirmation Email In StudioCloud Desktop or Enable Confirmation Text Message In StudioCloud Desktop
- Select the checkbox that appears directly below, which will enable a confirmation email/text in online booking
- Select, create, or edit your desired template
