Overview
This tutorial explains how to view emails that are sent to a client
View All Emails
To view a list of all of the emails sent in StudioCloud do the following:
- Go to the Settings component
- Click on the View Logbook button under the StudioCloud History header
- To view only the emails click on the Filter menu option and select only the 'Show Communication Logbook Entries'
- Select the desired time frame
- Click on the Load Logbook Entries button
View a Specific Client's Emails
To view the emails sent to a specific client do the following:
- Edit the desired Client
- Click on the LogBook tab
View CloudAlert Emails
To view a list of all of the emails sent to clients using CloudAlerts do the following:
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Click on the CloudAlerts tab
- Click on the CloudAlert LogBook button
- Select the desired time frame and click the Load LogBook Entries button
View CloudForm Emails
To view a list of all of the emails sent to clients when they fill out a CloudForm do the following:
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Click on the CloudForms, CloudBooking, & Contracts tab
- Click on the CloudForms LogBook button
- Select the desired time frame and click the Load LogBook Entries button
