Online Booking - Book Multiple Locations
With this new update you can now setup the online booking to automatically switch to a new location if a time slot is already booked. The client will not need to select a new location it will happen automatically.
For example, lets assume there are 3 camera rooms and all of them are setup to book 1 hour Senior photos on the same day.
Using this new feature if client #1 books a session at 9 am it would automatically be for camera room 1. If client #2 then books a session at 9 am it would automatically be for camera room 2. If client #3 books a session at 9 am it would automatically be for camera room 3. Client #4 would not be able to book a session at 9 am because all of the 9 am time slots are booked.
To enable this feature edit the calendar type used in the online booking and select the 'Select Backup Locations' button as shown in the image below
Online Booking - Confirmation Messages
Online booking forms already support sending a client an email or text message when they book. However, that email or text message currently does not support being unique based on the type of session that the client is booking. With this new update you can have personalized confirmation emails or texts messages to the client depending on what type of session they are booking.
Online Booking - Time Between Sessions
Online booking forms already support having spacing between sessions if so desired. However, that spacing applied every type of session. With this new update you will be able to have spacing between sessions based on the type of session that is being booked.
You can now deactivate unsigned contracts instead of having to delete them. A deactivated contract will not let a customer view or sign the contract. Instead it will display the error message of your choice. You can always enable the contract at any time.
To deactivate a contract do the following steps
- Click on Cloud Services
- Click on the CloudForms, CloudBooking & Contracts tab
- Click on the Manage Contracts button
- Click on the Active Contract link for the desired contract and select the Disable Contract option
Emailing Referral Clients
When viewing the clients that came from a specific referral you can now email or text them
- Click on Clients
- Click on the Reports tab
- Click on the View Referral List button or the View Referral Summary button
- Select the desired time
- If you are using the referral summary click the View Details button for the desired referral
- Click the Clients tab
- Select the clients and then use the communication options as shown in the screen shot below
