How to Send Automated Birthday and Anniversary Emails and Text Messages

Overview

This tutorial will explain how to setup automated Birthday and Anniversary emails and text messages.

Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab

  1. Go to the Cloud Services component
  2. Click on the CloudAlerts tab
  3. Click on either the Manage CloudAlert Emails or Manage CloudAlert Texts depending on the type of message you want to setup

How to Setup Automated Birthday Email

  1. Follow the setups under the Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab header
  2. Click the New CloudAlert Wizard button
  3. Click the Setup CloudAlert button under the Birthday Email header
  4. Click the Select button for the desired birthday email template
  5. Change the CloudAlert Status to Active when you are ready to activate the CloudAlert
  6. Click the Save button to save the CloudAlert

How to Setup Automated Anniversary Email

  1. Follow the setups under the Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab header
  2. Click the New CloudAlert Wizard button
  3. Click the Setup CloudAlert button under the Anniversary Email header
  4. Click the Select button for the desired anniversary email template
  5. Change the CloudAlert Status to Active when you are ready to activate the CloudAlert
  6. Click the Save button to save the CloudAlert

  1. Follow the setups under the Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab header
  2. Click the New CloudAlert Wizard button
  3. Click the Setup CloudAlert button under the Birthday Text header
  4. Click the Select button for the desired birthday text template
  5. Change the CloudAlert Status to Active when you are ready to activate the CloudAlert
  6. Click the Save button to save the CloudAlert

  1. Follow the setups under the Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab header
  2. Click the New CloudAlert Wizard button
  3. Click the Setup CloudAlert button under the Anniversary Text header
  4. Click the Select button for the desired anniversary text template
  5. Change the CloudAlert Status to Active when you are ready to activate the CloudAlert
  6. Click the Save button to save the CloudAlert

How to Edit The Birthday or Anniversary Alerts

  1. Follow the setups under the Go to the Manage CloudAlerts tab header
  2. Edit the desired CloudAlert
    1. You can quickly find the desired cloudalert by looking under the Type of Alert column
