This tutorial explains how to view emails and text messages that have been sent to clients

View Messages Sent to a Single Client

The logbook records the emails that are sent manually or automatically using CloudAlerts to a client. To view the logbook of a specific client do the following:

1. Go to the Clients component
2. Edit the desired Client
3. Click on the LogBook tab

All Messages To All Clients

To view a list of all of the automatic emails and text messages sent to clients using CloudAlerts do the following:

1. Click on the Settings component
2. Click on the View Logbook button

View Only Automated Messages (CloudAlerts)

To view a list of all of the automatic emails and text messages sent to clients using CloudAlerts do the following:

1. Go to the Cloud Services component
2. Click on the CloudAlerts tab
3. Click on the CloudAlert LogBook button
4. Select the desired time frame and click the Load LogBook Entries button
