This tutorial provides a breakdown of how to track and manage employees hours. The Timecard program allows for users (employees) to clock in and clock out, tracking their time. The Timecard Manager allows for a manager to view employee times, make changes to employee entries, as well as print out reports.

What Types of Mobile & Web Apps are Available?
StudioCloud offers 3 different types of apps
- An app for the iPhone and iPad
- An app for android phones or android tablets
- And a web-based app which can be accessed from a phone or computer web browser

- The web-based app requires the use of JavaScript and Cookies. If either of these things are disabled then the web-based app will not function as expected
How to Track Employee Hours in the Desktop Program
Employees can track their time using the Timecard program built into the StudioCloud desktop program.
- Click the clock icon on the bottom right corner of the desktop program
- Click either the Clock In or Clock Out button
How to Track Employee Hours in the StudioCloud Mobile & Web Apps
- Select the Menu option
- Select the Timecard menu item
- Select either the Clock In or Clock out button
Who Should Use the Timecard Manager?
The Timecard Manager contains a list of dates, times, and hours that a user (employee) has tracked. It should be used by a manager to track employee times, edit employee entries, and print reports.
How Managers Can Access the Timecard Manager Window
- Click on the Cloud Services component
- Click on the EmployeeBoost tab
- Click the Timecard Manager button
How to View Timecard Entries for Specific Employees
- Open the Timecard Manager window using the instructions above
- Select the Employee Name from the Available Columns table
- Click the Load TimeCard Entries button at the bottom of the window
How to Create & Edit Timecard Entries
- Open the Timecard Manager window by using the instructions above
- Click the New Time Entry button on the bottom right or find and edit the desired Timecard entry
- Enter information into the New Timecard Entry form
- Click the Save button
How to Run Reports On Employees
- Open the Timecard Manager window by using the instructions above
- Click on the Export Options menu
- Select the desired report
