Overview
The PartnerBoost subscription gives a business access to having two users logged in at the same time. Additional PartnerBoost users can also be purchased.
How to View the List of PartnerBoost Users
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Select the PartnerBoost tab
- Click the Manage PartnerBoost User Accounts button
How to Create or Edit a PartnerBoost User
- Go to the Cloud Services component
- Select the PartnerBoost tab
- Click the Manage PartnerBoost User Accounts button
- Click the New User button or edit an existing PartnerBoost User
How to get Additional PartnerBoost Users
To get additional partnerboost users beyond the default 2 Partnerboost Users you will need to update your subscription. The steps below explain how to update your subscription to have additional users.
- Go to the Settings component
- Select the Your Subscription tab
- Click the Update Subscription button
- Click the Additional PartnerBoost Users option
- Click the Update Subscription button
How to Get a Calendar Link for a PartnerBoost User
This option provides a read only link to the entire StudioCloud calendar that can be enabled or disabled for a specific employee or partner.
- Edit an Existing PartnerBoost User using the steps above.
- Click the "Enable ICS Feed" checkbox
- Click the "Get ICS URL" button
How to Set an StudioCloud Users Schedule For CloudBooking
- Click on Cloud Services
- Click on the PartnerBoost tab
- Click on the Manage PartnerBoost User Accounts button
- Click on the Setup Availability button for the desired StudioCloud user
