Overview
You can customize the logo that is shown on your invoices, estimates, quotes, in email templates, as well as CloudForms. Up to 3 logos are supported.

Logo Restrictions
Please note that logos must not be larger than 600 px by 200 px.
Because of the way that PDFs are generated some image formats can require that the image size be shrunk slightly smaller than 600 px by 200 px.
How to Access the Logo Manager
- Click on the Settings component
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Manage Logos button
How to Add a New Logo to StudioCloud
- Click the desired tab for the logo you want to add (StudioCloud supports up to 3 unique logos)
- Click the button labeled Select Logo From Computer button.
- Find the logo on your computer that you want to use
- Click the Save button
How to Access a Previously Saved Logo in StudioCloud
To download the logos from the cloud do the steps below. This feature requests a PartnerBoost or EmployeeBoost subscription.
- Click the desired tab to add the logo (StudioCloud supports up to 3 unique logos per computer)
- Click the down arrow button next to the Select Logo From Computer button
- Click the button labeled Download Logo From Cloud button
- Click the Save button
How to Remove a Logo
- After opening the Manage Logo, window click the desired logo tab
- Click the down arrow button next to the Select Logo From Computer button
- Click the button labeled Reset Logo button
- Click the Save button
